Since joining Coldwell Banker Global Luxury in 2010, Luis has established himself as a top producer known for his friendly, professional, and ethical approach to real estate. A native San Franciscan, Luis has deep roots in the community, having attended Saint Ignatius College Preparatory, UC Berkeley, and UC Berkeley School of Law. His extensive knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market, coupled with his background in law, enhances his exceptional negotiation skills and expertise in contracts.

In 2022, Luis founded the Moran Real Estate Group, a testament to his commitment to expanding his reach while maintaining a personal touch. Under his leadership, the team continues to grow, delivering tailored service to clients across the Bay Area. Luis's ability to listen and communicate effectively ensures that his clients' real estate goals are met with precision.

Beyond his role in real estate, Luis is an active leader in the community. He has served on the Board of Directors for both the San Francisco Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors and has held notable positions including Past President of the San Francisco Rotary Foundation and Founding President of The City chapter of NHORA. He is also a Past Chair of the Coldwell Banker DEI Network for Northern California and a member of the California Bar Association.
